UPDATE THEY GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO CONTACT AND STILL WONT FIX ANYTHING. I feel very disrespected honestly I have never had such horrible customer service anywhere. I would not recommend coming here. 1. they will probably mess up your paperwork and you’ll end up not being able to donate the second time you come in and YOU will be screwed out of your bonuses. Even though it isn’t your fault. 2. No one told me the bonuses had a time frame. I was told the first 4 donations the bonus applied. But NOPE! And when I called to ask what happened they didn’t even correct their own mistake. Not only that but $40 is all I received yesterday.. that’s crazy… check around and most plasma centers pay minimum $60 after the bonuses… $40 isn’t enough for your time or the after effects of donationing.

Love the way this place is ran. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’S goes to Jasmine for being so personable and professional at the same time. Making a appointment online sure makes things run so much smoother in my opinion. Your in and out, make a couple of bucks along with helping the ones that need you the most! Killing two birds with one stone is the way to go. Would recommend to anybody.

Great atmosphere and friendly people. The app socks. Hasn’t updated to set appointments. I just go in and wait patiently for them to fit me in. I love thet I’m in and out within 45 minutes. Doesn’t take 2hrs like most places

If I would have never went to this specific biomat i would 200$ richer. I dont understand how they accomplish anything and i cant even go to a different one because of a hold on my acct for no reason. The other biomats cant explain to me why or how theve done this but i sure as hell will never walk through their doors ever again.

This is a tough business. It’s entirely on the staff to make it safe and dignified and pleasant enough to bother. The crew here gets it done. Shahranda (and the rest of the crew) are kind, safe, and thorough, and always friendly. If you gotta do this, go here.

As a first timer it’s alright but that’s about it. However, I didn’t have a good time coming here. I had discomfort every time I went either the needle was too deep, the staff inserted the needles aggressively which bruised me and the donation time is longer than an hour even if you answer the questionnaire ahead of time through the app(machines are junk as they have little to no touch sensitivity) Also they have appointments slots every 15minutes but if you are running a little late at the end of the night don’t even bother showing up

I’m a long time donor at Aurora Biomat. The donor fees are nice, but I continue to come back because I appreciate the staff so much! They’re friendly and helpful; they also make the donation experience a good time. I always look forward to seeing Jasmine, Amanda, Sergio, Olivia, Ian, Nick, Terry, Shay, Theresa, and (sometimes) Sergey!

Great place and very welcoming environment. As a long time donor I can confidently say that staff is very hard working and determined to give the donor a pleasant experience. They have always offered reasonable donor fees that will continue to bring me back.

I’ve been here many times the last few years. They seem to have a lot fewer staff now so you have to be patient, arrive early, and I highly recommend using their online kiosk for the questions. These things will help speed the process along. I haven’t had many of the issues that others mentioned but I’ve seen many people get upset in person for reasons the staff has no control over. They can’t just let people slide if you don’t meet metrics or if you disclose something to them that causes deferral. If you want a good experience, be patient and polite.

They have several signs up in the front building that states if you are a new donor you will get four donations of $100 here it is my third donation and I only got $40 I am missing two more donations of $100 Management told me a whole other ball game that’s not posted we’re not show me any policy stating anywhere in writing that if I donated back in 2011 or 10 that I am returning donor and I will not get four donations of new donor fees . I will not return and I need to speak with head boss
